Meet Susanna Muntz, BA, BEd, PCC-ICF, MA

Susanna spent 25 years in the not-for-profit sector empowering leaders and teams to catalyze change in their communities before becoming a professional leadership coach.  With a grounded and courageous presence, Susanna helps people navigate complexity, become effective leaders and live with purpose.

As the Director of Education for Red Maple’s Leadership Coaching Canada, Susanna loves helping leaders become coaches, equipping them for the workplace of tomorrow. She believes that a good question can be far more powerful than a quick solution and that managers who coach build teams that people want to join. Let’s have more people wake up and want to go to work. Not because it’s easy, but because it’s satisfying, energizing and fun.
