Part C: Mentor Coaching
The best coaches have a coach. Your mentor coach will help you prepare to apply for accreditation with ICF through personalized guidance that improves your skill and confidence.

Part D: Performance Exam
TVA review of your coaching skills by an ICF certified examiner. The feedback is written with no meeting required. With passing results, you will have completed a Level 1 coach education program and can apply for an ACC credential with ICF.

Applied Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practice Certificate
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is the fastest-growing therapeutic approach in the world. It is a non-pathologizing, holistic and empowering approach that emphasizes the client’s innate capacity for healing.
In a partnership between Red Maple and Laurier University, and taught by IFS institute-trained instructors, this course introduces and explores the practice of connection that creates healing, alignment and a greater sense of Self.
Coaches will learn how to better maintain their own presence with clients while helping clients foster increased self-awareness, personal breakthroughs and self-leadership.
This course is 34 CCE hours with ICF.
