Dare to Lead is a curriculum based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, that teaches teams 4 skills behind brave, courageous cultures. Voted #1 in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and Publishers Weekly, Dare to Lead is an empirically based coaching experience for people looking to be brave in work and in life.
The Dare to Lead Experience
Facilitated by Brené Brown trained facilitators, this experience will aim to build four critical skills of courage at work:
1. Rumbling with vulnerability
2. Living into our values
3. Braving trust
4. Learning to rise
In this curriculum, we'll learn how to create the daring cultures and leadership we need to surge through the obstacles of business life today. Expected outcomes are to:
Gain insights around the real reasons for unhelpful dynamics on teams, and how to change them
Build skills around how to have awkward but kind conversations
Achieve mindsets that create creative momentum and guard against paralysis and fear
Red Maple’s trained facilitators take Dr. Brené Brown’s meaningful work and help apply it to your unique setting, building a space where vulnerability is celebrated, so growth can be achieved. We provide this for both teams within an organization and for individuals.
What to Expect
Our Dare to Lead experience can be done remotely, in-person, or as a hybrid. We recommend the live experience.
1-hour consultation with the sponsor to learn the current strategic directions of the organization, and how to align the training to them
“Daring Leadership” Organizational Assessment completed ahead of time
24 hours of Certified Dare to Lead Facilitation over 3 days.
